Green Apple & Peanut Butter
3 min preparation
1 Green Apple
1 jar of Peanut Butter (Naked Food is one of the best)
Clean your apple (I do clean mine with a product called Greener Cleaner) to remove any wax or else.
Organic food is recommended but can be expensive on the budget.
Cut your apple into quarters and remove the seeds (I do eat them but that's me)
Place the quarters on a plate.
Use a teaspoon and add some Peanut Butter on top.
Be generous with the Peanut Butter but do not empty half the jar on top of your apple ;-)
One Apple a day keeps the doctor away!!!
